Our Commitment to You

At True Auto Glass, we are committed to honoring all scheduled appointments and delivering exceptional mobile auto glass service. We truly value your time and appreciate your understanding as we work together for a smooth experience.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments more than 24 hours away: Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice.

• Next-Day Appointments: Please cancel by 5:00 PM on the day the appointment was booked.

• Same-Day Appointments: Please cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Cancellation / No-Show Fees:

• Less than required notice: $75 fee

• Same-day cancellation or no-show: $125 fee or the actual cost of glass already purchased/ordered for your vehicle (whichever is greater)

Reschedules

Rescheduled appointments do not create any fees.

Deposits

Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframes and no glass has been ordered. Once glass is purchased, those costs are non-refundable.

Specialty / Custom / Used Glass:

If specialty, custom-ordered, or used glass has already been purchased for your vehicle, those costs are non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs. We pay our suppliers immediately upon ordering and cannot obtain refunds or credits on such glass.

A deposit may be required for used or salvage glass searches. Once sourcing efforts begin, deposits may become partially or fully non-refundable to cover time, travel, fuel, and inspection costs.

If suitable glass cannot be located, the deposit may be applied toward a new glass installation.

Communication Responsibility

To provide the fastest and safest service possible, we require reliable direct communication with the vehicle owner or authorized decision-maker.

Important: If you will be communicating through a third party (e.g., parent or family member), you must clearly inform us at booking and confirm they can promptly reach you. Early morning appointments often require us to pick up glass beforehand. Glass in motion is more likely to break, so we work efficiently to arrive close to the scheduled time. We are not responsible for communication breakdowns caused by unreachable customers or unclear third-party arrangements.

Hold Harmless

You agree to hold True Auto Glass, its owners, and employees harmless from claims or liabilities arising from the enforcement of this cancellation policy.

Communication Consent

By providing contact information, you consent to receive appointment updates via phone, text, or email. You may opt out, but this may affect service notifications.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will proceed to mediation, then litigation in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, authorizing work, or purchasing products or services from True Auto Glass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies and terms.

True Auto Glass reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The policies in effect on the date of your appointment or deposit shall apply to your transaction.

Severability

If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
